During hypnosis, you will enter a state of relaxation and increased receptivity to learning because in hypnosis the mind is more open to positive suggestions. We use the power of this state to create change in your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors towards what you want.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis and the power of the subconscious mind to help individuals achieve specific goals or to facilitate personal development.

All of your learned thoughts, emotions, and behaviors become your “subconscious programming” which ultimately determines how you live your life.

Sometimes, these programs can be running against what you really want in life.

Through the use of hypnosis, you can access the subconscious mind and change any programs (thoughts, feelings, or behaviors) that are not working for your benefit. We can replace these old programs with new ones that will help you create more of what you want: happiness, well-being, abundance, or meeting goals.

Hypnosis is extremely safe because it’s a natural brain wave state we all experience each day.

While in a trance state, you are always in control and aware. You will hear everything that is going on and you can come out of that state at any time on your own. You will not do or say anything that you wouldn’t normally do or say.

Even though it is safe, it may not be appropriate for certain individuals with mental health issues. It is also not recommended while under the influence.

How Many Hypnotherapy Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Some individuals see results after just one session while others may need several sessions to achieve their desired goals. If you’re interested we can discuss this further in a free phone consultation.

Each person experiences hypnosis differently. Most people feel a pleasant sense of relaxation. Some people describe it like a daydreaming feeling, or almost like taking a nap. Others feel like they are simply listening with eyes closed.
