I’m so happy to meet you. I’m a Stephanie, a certified hypnotherapist, pain control specialist, and Usui Reiki practitioner. My goal is to support you and help you along your journey.
I help adults and kids reduce stress, navigate chronic illness, manage chronic pain, sleep better, and change unwanted habits using hypnotherapy, neuroplasticity and nervous system tools.
Before I was a hypnotherapist, I was a scientist in biopharma for almost 15 years. Then, I went through my own journey of chronic illness and trauma. Through that, I learned how powerful our minds are and how they can create incredible changes in a person’s life. I used hypnosis and a few other tools along the way to heal myself from chronic illness and live a happy and fulfilling life. Now, I use the wisdom I’ve gained over the last 10+ years to help you thrive.
